Data Protection Policy

Data Controller: EO AgriTwin Consortium (contact@eoagritwin.eu)

Purpose: We collect your responses to evaluate and improve the EO AgriTwin dashboard. If provided, your email address will be used solely to follow up on your feedback or inform you about relevant project developments.

Data collected: Your survey answers, approximate geographic location (country, region), submission timestamp, and optionally your email address.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in improving a publicly funded research tool (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you voluntarily provide your email, processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention: Your data will be retained for the duration of the EO AgriTwin project and no longer than 24 months after submission, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@eoagritwin.eu.

Data transfers: Data is processed on Cloudflare infrastructure within the EU/EEA. No data is shared with third parties.
